VoIP Buying Trends and Customer Trust
Phone orders versus Web Orders Are buyers on the Internet rely on the Internet when they have to make purchasing decisions of the dollar high? One dollar high purchasing decision is relative to each person, and some people tend to feel more comfortable when spending hundreds others online. Apparently, most prefer to take the phone and call the 1-800 number listed on the site to place an order over a certain dollar amount. If people have questions about the new technology, the trends suggest they are more likely to call in to place an order. From my research, Web orders may increase over time emphasizing customer service. If people have a fantastic first experience of buying from us over the telephone, you may be more prone to "check-out" on the site next time. |
