According to Wi-Fi Networking News, Starbucks is dumping is a partner of seven years, T-Mobile, AT & T new beau Under the new agreement, Starbucks customers will be able to use two hours of free Wi-Fi access per day (with a Starbucks card). This is not just a big business for those who prefer the unusual configuration of your local Starbucks to a cubicle, but also has some potential impact on the mobile VoWiFi and VoIP industries.

With AT & T Wi-Fi suppling McDonald's (8000) and places with this new version of Starbucks supply 17000. While it is a small footprint in the grand scheme of things, AT & T has all the elements necessary to provide some incredibly attractive and feature offerings to residential and business consumers alike. Should be interesting to see how all this develops.
